i always remember when i was at kisas
the most music played was Maher Zain's songs
most of us really addicted to them
sometimes honestly to said I took a lot of time 
to hear back his songs for this early year 
as i have been heard them for almost a year
or more
again and again the same songs
haha

but then
when i glance back to the songs
all those memories come back to me
i remember kisas
my friends
most of the thing there
Ya Allah
i just missed them

and most of the thing is
the lyrics of the song really make me touch
it just so awesome

just to say
in everything that we do
Allah will always there for us
we have to believe in that

sometimes it is our nature to forget things
what is the right thing to do when we are in trouble 
what should we say when there are people who mad with us
and other things

when you are in doubt
we should turn to Allah
that is the best way

honestly to said 
how hard i tried to be strong
sometimes i do feel like i.m not good enough in handling everything

i myself
also need somebody to please everything that i do
also want to feel how to be appreciated
also want others to respect those that i love and care
bla bla bla

but i dont think that should be okay to feel down everyday
i dont think for not being strong in front of those that i care the most is okay
and i dont think everything is going to be okay if i just sitting at the window and look back at my past
that is NOT the way

people tend to fall into tears
to loosen their tense
to forget their problems for a while

because i'm not perfect

pray to Allah
so that Allah will make our jobs easier
so that Allah will always guide us to be in the right path

we should respect each other
try to love those who always appear in our life
i know there is some people who always trying to make everything harder for us
but they might be a test for us 
to make us stronger
to make us a better person

and everything that you feel
everything that you have faced
i'll face them too
because i'm also a human
we are humans

Zulhijjah - 10 days in count

i think everybody know about the last 10 days in Ramadhan
so the same essence applied for the first 10 hari2 awal bulan Zulhijjah

so here we go

Imam al Bukhari Rahimahullah meriwayatkan daripada Ibnu ‘Abbas r.a bahawa Nabi s.a.w bersabda, Tiada suatu hari pun, amalan kebaikan padanya mempunyai kelebihan melainkan pada hari-hari ini – iaitu 10 hari Zulhijjah. Para sahabat baginda bertanya, ‘Tidak juga Jihad pada jalan Allah (mengatasi kelebihan Hari-hari tersebut)? Ujar Baginda, Tidak juga Jihad di jalan Allah kecuali seorang yang keluar dengan jiwa raga dan hartanya dan tidak membawa pulang apa-apa pun (kerana habis disumbangkan untuk memenangkan agama Allah).

Imam Ahmad r.a. dari Ibnu Umar r.a. bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda, “Tiada suatu haripun, amalan kebaikan padanya mempunyai kelebihan melainkan pada hari-hari 10 Zulhijjah ini, oleh kerana itu perbanyakkanlah padanya tahlil (La Ilaha Illa Allah), takbir (Allah Akbar) dan tahmid (Alhamdu Lillah).

Ibnu Hibban di dalam kitab Sahihnya meriwayatkan dari Jabir r.a. bahawa baginda s.a.w bersabda, “Seutama-utama hari adalah hari Arafah”.

nothing is impossible


hye there
i just wanna write something that everybody might not realize
even me either

we keep on saying that we are not capable to do anything
because there is someone who is better than us

WHO SAID SO ???

well here we go

well
everybody have their own capabilities
they stand by their own feet

so
if you wanna succeed you have to work it out

NOT BLAMING ON OTHERS
AND SAYING THAT YOU ARE NOT GOOD
WHEREBY YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS
AND DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR FUTURE
right???

this is because



people tend to not doing something rational when they are facing obstacles
well this things mess up in most of parts in our life

but perhaps i wanna highlight for those who still studying
because i'm still studying

study is a must
and people keep on fighting for better grades and be top student in school

well
that's a good motivation to do well in your studies
but if you keep on playing around and not studying
and keep on saying that you can't achieve that dreams

Whoa...i'm so happy :)

assalamualaikum w.b.t
and good day to everyone

well i have done with my MUET speaking test
quite ok 

i got general topics which related to 
different opinion between parents and children in certain issues
i was grouped with 3 candidates and i was candidate A

but what i want to highlight here
after i have finished my Muet 
i took my way to the terminal
which was four hours before my tickets' time

so i went to shopping mall nearby
to take a walk
and shopping of course
haha

suddenly i met my seniors
OMG
i cant believe that i saw them there
we did talk for a while

i am so surprise at that moment
i met Aber and Amin
AMIN & ABER
~ Dinner Debat & Debate UiTM Kuantan~

i cant express what i felt at that moment
haha
speechless i guess

hope can meet them and the rest in the future
and hopefully at our degree level

safely arrived :)

as salam

I just arrived at my campus
UiTM Kuantan :D

after 5 hours journey (approximately)
which is obviously by bus
 i arrived at this campus

i think only few people had arrived 
so now i'm still waiting for the rest to come

my paper is at 11 am

hope I will do well in it

How to Lower Cholesterol Naturally in 7 Steps

2. Do regular healthy physical activity.
At least 30 minutes of exercise a day has been shown to decrease total cholesterol and improve "good" HDL cholesterol levels, while lack of regular physical activity can raise "bad" LDL cholesterol levels as well as lead to weight gain.



3. Reach and maintain a healthy weight.
Being overweight can decrease "good" HDL levels and increase "bad" LDL and total cholesterol levels. Learn the healthiest weight to aim for by calculating your BMI here.

4. Eliminate sweets and refined foods.
Few realize that eating sweets and other high glycemic foods increase triglycerides and cholesterol production. These foods are also addictive. Once you eliminate them, you'll find that fruits, vegetables and whole grains actually taste sweet.



5. Cut out caffeine and alcohol – drink water.
Both caffeine and alcohol have been shown to elevate cholesterol. So it's best to switch to pure water and, at the very least, follow the "no more than one a day" rule.

SAY NO TO CAFFEINE


6. Don't smoke or use tobacco in any form.Smoking damages blood vessels, contributes to hardening of the arteries and is a major health risk for heart disease, stroke and other degenerative diseases.




7. Practice good healthy stress management.
Just like cholesterol, a certain amount of stress is healthy – such as with exercise. But the link between excess stress and high cholesterol production is well established. So take time to relax, let go, meditate, enjoy yourself or do whatever it takes to keep your stress level under control. 

Use the 7 steps to lower cholesterol naturally to reach optimum levels of: 
  • Triglycerides less than 150 mg/dl.
  • Total cholesterol less than 200 mg/dl.
  • HDL "good" cholesterol over 40 mg/dl.
  • LDL "bad" cholesterol less than 100 mg/dl. 

i'm just sharing something that people always unaware about this
don't worry
we still have much time to change our lifestyle 
but we really have to change
